TENT RENTAL

AAA Rents offers a variety of tent styles, shapes, and a wide range of sizes. Many factors impact the consideration of a suggested size and type specifically for your event. Our tent specialists will discuss with you:  location, size of the area, surface, access to the location, possible obstacles (both underground and overhead), timeframe for setup and teardown, and most importantly how much space is needed.  Because of the many variables involved, we don't have a  "standard price list" for our tents.

Please note: All of the tents that fell down at local events on Friday June 19,2009  and were pictured on news broadcasts belonged to our competitors.  All of AAA RENTS tents withstood the recent storms without incident.

TRADITIONAL FRAME TENTS

Frame tents consist of heavy duty vinyl over a metal framework. There are no center poles, and the perimeter poles are spaced 10' apart. Frame tents can be placed on almost any surface and have an option for sidewalls. Our frame tents are available in widths of 10' ,15', 20',  and 30'.

TWIN TUBE FRAME TENTS

This is also a tent that consists of heavy duty vinyl over a metal frame.  Because this tent uses twin tube side poles the legs are spaced 20' apart.  There are no center poles and sidewalls are optional.

These tents are available in 20'x20', 20'x40', 20'x60', and 20'x80'.

MARQUEE STYLE FRAME TENTS

This is a tension frame tent that consists of a perimeter frame and a flying center pole that  raises the vinyl to a stylish peak. This tent is characterized by it's smooth, sleek lines.

Available in 10'x10', 20'x20', 40' hexagon, and a triangle

TENSION ARCH FRAME TENT

OUR NEWEST STYLE!

Although the framework of this tent is like a traditional frame tent, the similarity ends there.

With a traditional frame tent the vinyl is loosely laid over the frame and strapped down, leaving the scalloped valance to flutter with a breeze.

The tension arch frame tent is fit ever so snugly on the frame and kept on by tension. The valance is taught and slightly arched.  The result is a very sleek, sophisticated look.  Sidewalls are optional.

Available in 15', 20', and 40' wide.

TENT SIDEWALL

Our tent sidewall is available in 3 different types: solid white wall, french window wall, and screen wall. All 3 come in either 20' or 40' lengths. The sidewall clips to a small rope that runs around the perimeter of the tent and can be easily installed or removed.

TENT LIGHTING ETC.

Our dual flood lights with dimmer control attach to the center poles of the pole tents.  Shining upward and reflecting off the inner peaks of the tent creates a gentle wash of light throughout the tent.The dimmer allows control of the intensity.

Our globe light strings are a perfect match for our frame tents. They can be installed on the top ridge of the frame or the perimeter.
